When Our "World" is Shaken

10 years ago today, our "world" was shaken .....
Something really big, unexpected, unpredictable, unbelievable happened and made a tremendous impact not only to our nation but also to the world. People's lives were turned upside down and forever changed. As a nation, we will never be the same again.

On June 15th, 2011, my little "world" was shaken .....
My life will never be the same again. The course of my life is forever changed.

2 Corinthians 4:7-9 (NIV)

But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that 

this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. 

We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; 

perplexed, but not in despair; 

persecuted, but not abandoned; 

struck down, but not destroyed.

We are just like jars of clay. Our lives are so fragile that anything, anytime, any second something can happen that can forever change our lives. We are just nothing, yet God with His unfailing LOVE sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for you and me so that we can have a relationship with Him, a CLOSE relationship.  GOD, the All-surpassing Power living in us (the fragile & weak) is the one that holds the jars of clay when the "world" is shaken.

As we celebrate a decade anniversary of 9/11, let's give Him back all the glory and honor, indeed His all-surpassing Power is the one that sustains America, His Grace & Mercy give us strength, courage, and hope to move on, His mighty hands works behind the scene in rebuilding & restoring America.

And we, as jars of clay, let's not forget how fragile our lives are and how we need and solely depend on His all-surpassing Power to live our lives.
